Ahh, the possibilities...
Nestled at the base of the UNESCO World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park is ‘Fairlight Lodge’. Genetically Gifted calls ‘Fairlight Lodge’ home, along with Topsail Wimpy (IMP) and Reining Australia Top 20 Mare, Wimpys Red Chilli.
Our aim is to grow and celebrate the Australian Reining Industry by connecting the world’s best bloodlines with Australian breeders ethically, graciously and efficiently. Engendering confidence through a commitment to quality assurance.

After spending many years building the successful family owned media company Pat Callinan Media Pty Ltd, time came to indulge my passion for Reining. Combining a background in business administration & marketing with an unrelenting Reining obsession, we offer a marketing, administration and breeding support service based on an authentic ethos; ethically, graciously, efficiently.
Mum
There is no greater joy to me than the privilege of being Mum to three wonderful young Australians. They have all been involved in creating Genetically Gifted and bring currency to our services and purpose to my life.
Reiner
Discovering the magic that is the Reining horse on a family holiday to Colorado was a life changer. Gratitude always to NRHA Professional Terry Wegener for exemplifying Reining ideals and for quietly challenging, ‘How are you going to win a ribbon Karen, if you don’t go to the show? Apply that to life not just horses - Show up daily’. We now compete at nearly every major Reining Championship in Australia. Being humbled by the quality of the horses and trainers we have the opportunity to learn under and slide against.
I relish the opportunity to give back to the Reining community that has given us so much. This has been through volunteer work and sponsorship..
